THE BIG NEWS

Minnesota Officials Issue Nationwide Arrest Warrant for ICE Agent Who Shot Immigrant

The Hennepin County Attorney’s Office in Minnesota is continuing to fight Trump’s deadly immigration terror campaign and yesterday issued a nationwide arrest warrant for the federal thug suspected of shooting a Venezuelan immigrant in January and lying about it, the Minnesota Star Tribune, NBC News and Politico reported.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer Christian J. Castro, 52, faces four counts of second-degree assault and one count of falsely reporting a crime, said Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty. Castro allegedly shot Julio Sosa-Celis one week after ICE agent Jonathan Ross murdered Renee Good during Operation Metro Surge; regime thugs initially accused Sosa-Celis and his roommate, Alfredo Alejandro Aljorna, of assaulting a federal officer. Disgraced former Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem said the two had committed “attempted murder.” Former Department of Homeland Security flack Tricia McLaughlin claimed that the men “began to resist and violently assault the officer” and that Castro simply had to shoot his gun because he was scared for his life. But video evidence shows that the federal officers were all lying, so the charges against Sosa-Celis and Aljorna were dropped.

“Mr. Castro fired his service weapon at the front door of the home, knowing there were people who had just run inside that presented absolutely no threat to him or anyone else,” Moriarty said. “The bullet punched through the front door and struck Mr. Sosa-Celis’ leg before traveling through a closet and lodging in the wall of a child’s bedroom.”

Now Minnesota wants the real aggressor in this whole interaction: the bloodthirsty agent who wanted to hurt immigrants. He should turn himself in.
