THE BIG NEWS

ICE Thug Finally Catches a Federal Charge

One of the regime’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement thugs in Los Angeles is experiencing a consequence after he pulled a gun on an unarmed teen last week and illegally detained him, LA Taco reported. ICE agent Gerardo Rodriguez is facing felony assault and child endangerment charges.

The 46-year-old f*cked up bigly on November 10, when a 17-year-old was driving home from a house party in an affluent part of town around 10 p.m. Footage LA Taco obtained shows Rodriguez milling around on a sidewalk, then pulling a gun from his pants waistband and walking into the street in front of the teen’s truck. The recording captured Rodriguez bellowing “Stop, stop, slow down” and “freeze, police” as he approached the truck with his gun drawn. The agent shouted at the kid to “put the car in f*cking park” and forced him to get out. Rodriguez questioned the teen for 20 minutes as neighbors came outside and begged him to stop. Rodriguez was booked for assault by a public officer, assault with a deadly weapon, and child endangerment; he posted bail and is scheduled to return to court on December 26. Merry Christmas, jerk.

“Finally, we got an ICE agent who crossed the line so bad, he got arrested,” Attorney Greg Kirakosian told LA Taco. “This is something I think our local law enforcement has to start doing with such clear examples of unnecessary tactics.” Charges for this one agent can’t be the end of it, Kirakosian added: “DHS has to start answering for what their agents are doing and explain how they’ve become so emboldened that they think they can now turn their own neighborhoods into ICE checkpoints.”
